DevSelect’s’ Client is looking for an Enterprise Architect. The Enterprise Architect works with leaders across the company to identify value-based opportunities and guide decision makers with the selection of resources that best support the organization’s current and projected operations.  As a member of the Enterprise Architecture team, this role collaborates with leaders, technologists, and business executives to develop strategy to help steer design and implementation across a time-phased road-map aligned to key corporate strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with strategy leaders and business executives to understand business processes and objectives, and ensure technology solutions are aligned to meet current and future business needs in an efficient, adaptable, and sustainable manner
  • Maintain and update the EA Roadmap, translating strategy into actionable tasks to deliver early results and business value
  • Define technology reference architectures to guide the development of highly leveraged solution building blocks
  • Prepare senior-level recommendations to assure optimal decisions are made when changes are recommended.  Present audience appropriate messages communicating technology vision and direction
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve goals, simplify processes, reduce costs, prevent loss, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or other related technical field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 8-10 years related work experience demonstrating progressive advancement through more traditional IT approaches to current Cloud oriented architecture
  • 3-5 years’ experience with large scale corporate enterprise, public sector and/or service provider implementation
  • Certifications, knowledge, and/or training preferred in one or more industry EA frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, Gartner, Zachman, or similar technical skills
  • Proven track record of hands-on individual contributor work in at least two of the four primary EA domains with working knowledge in the remaining domains
  • Demonstrated experience with Retail POS and related security, privacy, and user experience concerns
  • Experience in systems SDLC methodologies
  • Exposure to Systems engineering capability (CMMi)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, CObIT, ISO and other applicable frameworks and environmental certifications
  • Experience with compliance models [PCI-DSS, CPNI, SOX, PII etc.]
  • Cloud oriented design and development experience in a SaaS hybrid environment
  • Ability to represent and convey the essence of complex concepts and solutions in simple, understandable, and visual terms to wide audiences
